Ozell Cooner has developed a color matching system for wood coatings i.e. JEWELL COLOR MATCHING SYSTEM.

 

The JEWELL COLOR MATCHING SYSTEM enables very quick supply of the desired color, also in small quantities. The reproduceability of the system is very high.

 

The JEWELL COLOR MATCHING SYSTEM is an environmen­tally friendly system; through this system the product is tinted directly into the final delivery can. Exactly the desired quantity can be tinted and wastage can be avoided.

 

Different colorants are used to tint paints. A base paint is required for opaque coatings; transparent and white base paints. Colorants are dosed by a tinting dispenser whereafter the product is mixed in a shaker. There are different bases and pastes for both solvent and waterbased.

 

JEWELL COLOR MATCHING SYSTEM covers a broad range of products; nitrocellulose, polyurethane, acid-cured, etc. Most water and solvent borne coatings can be tinted in the JEWELL COLOR MATCHING SYSTEM.

There is a large bank of colors. Formula­tions of all main color charts: NCS 1950 and Ral Classic Color Chart K7, is available under JEWELL COLOR MATCHING SYSTEM.

 

Under the JEWELL COLOR MATCHING SYSTEM shades according to color samples received from our customers can also be exactly matched.
